Proposed Multifamily Residential Project at 4076-4080 Lafayette Place
You are invited to join us for a Hybrid Community Meeting to discuss a proposal for a new, mixed-income, multifamily residential development at 4076 & 4080 Lafayette Place. The proposal consists of 40 units (~63,000 sq. ft.) in a 6 story, 65 ft high building, and 44 parking spaces in one subterranean and ground floor parking levels, along with 41 bicycle parking spaces. The existing single family residence (4076 Lafayette Place) and triplex (4080 Lafayette Place) will be demolished.
The proposal is in the early stages and this is the community meeting, which is being held as part of the preliminary process ahead of the submittal for Preliminary Project Review (PPR) with the Culver City Current Planning Division.
The project is requesting a Site Plan Review entitlement (CCMC § 17.540.010.B.) and a Density Bonus Review (CCMC § 17.580.015 and Gov. Code Section 65915) for a density bonus and associated incentives/waivers (to be confirmed through the PPR Review process).
